- Supports materials management and supply chain activities, including physical and electronic inventory control of controlled substances, reference standards, APIs, excipients, and Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs). Works closely with Materials Management personnel to ensure compliant receiving, storage, dispensing, disposal, and documentation.

responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventories of regulated and non-regulated materials.
- Monitor material expiration dates and update inventory records.
- Identify expired materials and stage for disposal.
- Receive, label, quarantine, store, and dispense materials per site procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external shipments.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and process returns as needed.
- Support the Controlled Substance Program, including inventory tracking, dispensing verification, documentation, and biennial counts.
- Update SOPs related to Materials Management and Controlled Substances.
- Perform additional materials management duties as required.
qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately document and review critical information
- Excellent organizational skill
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- Power Point proficient
