responsibilities:
- Design and develop prototypes, test methods, and algorithms using advanced ML and NLP to create insights across the clinical development continuum.
- Lead the integration of agentic frameworks, such as LangGraph and OpenAI agents, to orchestrate tool-use and optimize retrieval pipelines (RAG).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a lead analytics consultant to design work products and identify emerging risks in clinical trials.
- Establish design principles and standards to ensure analytical consistency and optimized user experiences across global projects.
- Support the creation of standard KPIs, reports, and predictive models to evaluate trial progress and validate business assumptions.
- Ensure all analytical outputs strictly adhere to GCP, ICH Guidelines, and federal regulations regarding clinical development.
- Mentor junior team members on emerging statistical methodologies and best practices in data science.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of analytics-related experience specifically within clinical research.
- Advanced proficiency in R and Python (or comparable statistical packages).
- Expert-level experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, OpenAI agents), LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
- Prior experience specifically with clinical trial data sets.
- Experience with precision medicine analytics.
- Strong familiarity with orchestration and tool-use within AI frameworks.
