responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-throughput Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) assays (Biacore) to screen and characterize the kinetic properties of therapeutic molecules.
- Conduct complex epitope binning of monoclonal antibodies and multi-specific biologics to establish selection criteria for the development pipeline.
- Perform antibody Fc characterization studies to support critical regulatory submissions and project milestones.
- Utilize automated biosensor instrumentation and liquid handling systems to manage multiple experimental runs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze, document, and report high-quality experimental data, ensuring concise delivery to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Represent the Bio Molecular Interaction group by presenting findings and data-driven insights during internal project meetings.
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Direct experience performing SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) assays using technologies such as Biacore, Octet, or KinExA.
- Proven experience working with Monoclonal Antibodies (IgGs) or multi-specific molecule formats.
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute experiments and interpret complex kinetic data.
- Strong background in high-throughput screening within a biotechnology or academic research setting.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques for biologics such as ELISA, MSD, or cell-based assays.
- Knowledge of protein characterization techniques including SEC, Mass Spectrometry (MS), or DSF.
- Experience with automated liquid handling systems.
- 2-4 years of industry experience in biopharmaceutical drug discovery.
