responsibilities:
- Execute quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis of synthetic molecules and peptides across various in-vitro and in-vivo biomatrices.
- Support ADME bioassays and PK/PD studies by delivering high-quality data to drive drug discovery decisions.
- Operate and maintain advanced instrumentation, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on LC-MS/MS platforms.
- Manage data quantitation and interpretation, ensuring results are processed accurately using specialized software.
- Uphold rigorous documentation standards by maintaining detailed electronic lab notebooks, methods, and protocols.
- Collaborate within a high-throughput environment, balancing multiple priorities to meet tight project deadlines.
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, or related) with 0-3 years of experience, or a Master's degree.
- Technical Expertise: Direct experience with quantitative bioanalysis of synthetic molecules and peptides.
- Instrumentation: Hands-on experience with at least one LC-MS/MS platform (e.g., Sciex triple quadrupoles, Agilent, Shimadzu, PAL autosamplers).
- Software Proficiency: Experience with analytical software such as Analyst, Discovery Quant, LeadScape, or Sciex OS.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of analytical methodologies for quantitation, including acquisition and processing.
- Experience with automated liquid handling robots or sample preparation platforms (e.g., ADDA, LS-II).
- Familiarity with ADME, PK, PD, and bioassay workflows.
- Previous experience in a high-throughput drug development environment.
