responsibilities:
- Lead NPI Commercialization: Manage the end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions, from initial R&D handover to final global launch and commercialization.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate global project teams across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory departments to ensure integrated technical solutions.
- Master Project Controls: Utilize MS Project and other PM tools to develop realistic implementation plans, maintain budgets, and track milestones for device and combination products.
- Manage Third-Party Partners: Guide and support the efforts of vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the achievement of shared milestones and compliance standards.
- Facilitate Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve technical, financial, and personnel conflicts within diverse teams to maintain momentum and a collaborative work environment.
- Optimize Business Processes: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and minimize costs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate Strategic Status: Regularly brief upper management on project health, recommend value-added alternatives, and manage change effectively across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Industry Expertise: At least 10 years of diversified business experience, including 5+ years specifically within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Design Controls for medical devices and combination products.
- Project Management Tools: Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource management, and tracking.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global technical transfers.
- Compliance: Strong background in operations support, quality at the plant level, validations, and R&D best practices.
- Advanced business degree (MBA or equivalent).
- PMI/PMP Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience with overseas operations and managing projects across different time zones.
