We are seeking a Clinical Development Science Liaison to serve as a high-level scientific expert and the primary field-based link for aesthetics clinical trials. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical operations and therapeutic innovation, cultivating deep-rooted relationships with investigators and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive the success of the ADORA program. You will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical trial strategies and ensuring that complex scientific data is effectively communicated to the front lines of plastic and reconstructive surgery research.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary field-based scientific representative to establish and cultivate relationships with investigators and site staff for aesthetics clinical trials.
- Identify, document, and communicate field-generated scientific insights to inform innovative Clinical Operations and enrollment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams to ensure the efficient delivery of the aesthetics pipeline.
- Support site identification, selection, and recruitment efforts, providing scientific expertise to resolve protocol-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement customer-centric tactical engagement plans to support clinical trial delivery within agreed timelines.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of clinical communications, including slide decks, publications, and educational materials for the ADORA program.
- Attend major medical conferences to gather competitive intelligence and represent Clinical Operations during investigator engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Travel Requirements: This is a remote, field-based role requiring 25% - 50% travel (primarily within the U.S.). Candidates must be able to travel on short notice (3-5 days).
- Education: Master's degree (MPH or equivalent) or higher.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience, or equivalent, with a primary focus on field-based scientific exchange or clinical trial support.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly assimilate and communicate new clinical data.
- Interpersonal: Superior communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Degree: Doctorate level (MD, PharmD, PhD).
- Therapeutic Expertise: Specific experience in Plastic Surgery or Reconstructive Surgery; Breast Surgery experience is highly preferred.
- Functional Skills: Project management and medical writing skills.
