Job Title: Customer Service Representative (W2 Contract) Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218 Employment Type: W2 Contract Contract Length: 3 Months Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday through Sunday (five days/week with two days off) Shift Options:

About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a 3-month W2 contract. In this role, you will support customers, drivers, and business partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and business partners via phone and email
  
  
• Resolve customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues
  
  
• Monitor and track delivery routes
  
  
• Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
  
  
• Process updates, changes, or cancellations to delivery orders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
  
  
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  
  
• Citrix experience is a plus
  
  
• strong multitasking and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
