Key Responsibilities
- Scanning: Load and scan documents using high-speed scanners. Maintain original order. (70%)
- Quality Control: Review scanned files for clarity and accuracy. (10%)
- Release & Indexing: Finalize scanned documents and organize digital files for client release. (10%)
- Physical Labor: Lift, carry, and transport boxes of documents as needed
- Warehouse-based (non-climate-controlled – Texas heat)
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Dress code: Casual (jeans and t-shirt OK)
- Fast-paced and production-focused
