Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle package deliveries and distributions, as well as sort and open daily mail.
- Provide assistance with calls, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Must have professional communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude to both internal staff and clients.
