This is a key role where you'll work directly with our sales team to drive growth and ensure our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.
Key Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or related role.
- strong proficiency with spreadsheet software, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment from initial review to final delivery.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and internal departments, communicating program updates and delivery timelines to ensure seamless operations.
- Proactively monitor factory production and product development schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks to maintain on-time shipment.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and improve operational transparency.
- Resolve customer and sales team inquiries, providing professional and timely communication on order status and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support training and onboarding for new team members and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent operational standards.
