This is more than just a desk job; you'll be the master of the product's journey, steering orders from confirmation all the way to the store shelf.
Your primary mission is to ensure every order is flawless and delivered on time, acting as a crucial liaison between our sales teams, logistics, and global operations. You'll spend your days verifying data, proactively solving problems, and optimizing workflows to boost efficiency. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in order management or sales support who has mandatory expertise in Excel, specifically with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

- 1-2 years of experience in order operations, sales support, or a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire order journey: You'll manage the process from the moment an order is placed all the way until the product is on the store shelf.
- Ensuring data accuracy: Your main task is to make sure all customer order data is correct to prevent any issues with delivery.
- Preventing and solving problems: You will proactively identify potential issues and work with other teams to solve them before they impact delivery timelines.
- Generating and analyzing reports: You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key checkpoints and ensure orders are on schedule.
- Serving as a central point of contact: You will act as the go-between for the sales team, logistics, and other departments, keeping everyone informed on order status and timelines.
- Driving process improvement: You'll be expected to take initiative to find ways to make the order lifecycle more efficient and transparent.
