We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, products, and shipments.
  
  
• Process and track customer orders accurately in our system, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
  
  
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to resolve any issues.
  
  
• Maintain and update customer records and order information in the company database.
  
  
• Provide detailed product information to customers and assist with product-related questions.
  
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  
  
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
