Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and managing all aspects of their relocation or storage project.
- Clearly communicate all service details, documentation requirements, timeline expectations, and pricing structures (estimates, tariffs, and potential adjustments) to clients.
- Proactively provide timely updates on pickup and delivery statuses, anticipating and communicating potential logistical delays.
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the complex scheduling of moving services, including local, long-distance, and international shipments, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Mayflower/Conser Moving regulations.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch and Operations departments to assign crew members, truck capacity, and necessary equipment based on job scope (volume, distance, specialization).
- Process and manage all necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, inventory forms, insurance paperwork) accurately and on time.
- Monitor delivery windows and transit times, adjusting schedules in real-time to mitigate delays and communicating changes immediately to the client and crew.
- Handle claims or damage reporting documentation with sensitivity and adherence to company policies.
