What You'll Do
- Set up and verify vendor accounts with accuracy and compliance.
- Upload invoices into the tracking system.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or request missing information.
- Support special projects such as audits, including research, analysis, and confirmations.
- Open and distribute incoming mail and assist with other administrative and office duties.
- Train as a backup to support other Accounts Payable team members when needed.
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience.
- strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Upload vendor invoices into the AP tracking system in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, obtain missing documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Support special projects, including audits, by conducting research, performing analysis, and preparing confirmations.
- Open, organize, and distribute incoming mail, and provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
- Serve as a trained backup for other Accounts Payable team members to ensure continuity of departmental operations.
