Responsibilities

• Partner with the Outside Sales Team to provide customers with quote and detail materials for upcoming projects.
• Prepare and send detailed quotes and AutoCAD drawings to customers (CAD is not required - but if you have that experience - it will be valuable!) 
• Enter and track orders through production scheduling and delivery, maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Follow up on leads and quotes, identifying opportunities for new and repeat business.
• Provide exceptional service by understanding customers’ needs and offering value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, and Quality) to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
