The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dispatch Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team at our McAllister Retail Services building. Your primary focus will be acting as the central communication hub, translating incoming service needs into immediate action using our proprietary dispatch system.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Ticket Monitoring: Continuously monitor and manage incoming maintenance requests and dispatch tickets within the ServiceChannel platform.
- Technician Dispatch: Expediently assess the nature of the issue and dispatch the appropriate technician from our national network to ensure timely repairs and resolution.
- Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with technicians, clients, and internal teams regarding service status and estimated time of arrival (ETAs).
- Documentation: Accurately log all dispatch actions, updates, and closure details within the ServiceChannel system.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
- Crucial Requirement: Proven, hands-on experience using the ServiceChannel dispatch software platform is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in dispatching, facilities management support, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
salary: $48,000 - $50,000 per year
