Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This position offers the opportunity to process and verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, reconcile supplier statements, and support month-end closing activities. You'll work collaboratively to maintain accurate records, assist with audits, and analyze data for process improvements. Ideal candidates have at least three years of accounts payable experience, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and supplier information
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of accounts payable activities
• Analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls
