We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst with a background in financial data management and securities processing. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our firm-wide asset master, working closely with multiple teams across the organization to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.   Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably within asset or wealth management firms
• Expertise in financial data management, accounting, trading, or back-office securities processing
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel; some experience with MS Access
• Broad-based knowledge of all security types across domestic and foreign markets
• Familiarity with Bloomberg data; Bloomberg certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SQL, particularly with securities data
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Prior experience with platforms such as S&P Markit EDM, Advent APX, and Charles River IMS
• Exposure to cross-platform financial data analysis and integration

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a multi-component, firm-wide asset master through data scrubbing and exception handling
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivative asset classes to support operations
• Work with summary and constituent-level financial benchmark data
• Collaborate with teams across corporate actions, pricing, risk, compliance, and accounting to investigate and resolve data issues
• Support trade and position data integrity, ensuring alignment with downstream systems
• Perform operational reviews and process improvement initiatives as needed
