- Experience using tools such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or other project management platforms.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, assign, and manage a variety of in-house creative and marketing projects from inception through delivery.
- Act as both project lead and partner to the Associate Director of Project Management to define project scopes, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Own project tracking and workflow using platforms like Smartsheet (or similar PM tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, HubSpot, or Wrike).
- Serve as the liaison between creative teams, compliance, and business stakeholders—ensuring alignment and successful handoffs.
- Coordinate and facilitate kickoff and review meetings; capture notes, manage tasks, and communicate status updates regularly.
- Help identify project risks or roadblocks and proactively propose solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to support multiple brands under the organization's portfolio.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand standards and compliance regulations.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within an in-house or traditional agency environment.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing email marketing, digital campaigns, or branding projects is highly preferred.
- Familiarity working with UX/UI designers and understanding of design/creative processes.
- Comfort with project management tools (Smartsheet experience a plus).
- General digital acumen and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
