Responsibilities

Project Overview:

This contractor will be supporting the domestic settlements team responsible for delivery and receiving US treasuries via the fed reserve bank. This team managing the funding and liquidity processes for Treasury and other forms of government backed securities.

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate will be working out of Broadridge to do the below skills. This candidate will be working extensively on government securities (including, but not limited to: Treasury, Mortgage Backed Securities, Repos, etc)

• Assist with day-to-day activities by assisting with monitoring cash inflow/outflows on settlements
• Risk and Controls focuses:
  • Perform reconciliations on settlements
• Business Analyst focuses:
  • Reviewing, writing, & documenting procedures for funding and liquidity teams (strong writing skills)
  • Testing trade flows 
  • Process improvement and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Broadridge (user level: understands trade life cycles)
• Business side process improvement and documentation
• Experience writing and reviewing procedures. This will be for a funding and liquidity team
• Treasury and government backed securities experience
• Settlements reconciliation
• GSCC knowledge (government securities clearance)
