Responsibilities
- Establish and execute robust testing procedures for returned parts, in-house systems, and vendor-supplied components to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Verify that current product quality specifications consistently meet client requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control (QC) processes to guarantee the safety and quality of all repair operations.
- Direct the creation and review of operating procedures to ensure they are clear, efficient, and fully compliant with quality standards.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous process improvements for parts repair and inventory operations.
- Collaborate closely with production management to continuously monitor production processes and implement necessary modifications for optimal quality and efficiency.
- Support the design, execution, and maintenance of quality system processes across all relevant departments.
- Assist departments in coordinating training for new system implementations or changes to operating procedures.
- Oversee the testing and repair of all incoming and outgoing systems, ensuring functionality and quality before deployment.
- Develop and refine procedures for effective vendor parts management and optimized inventory levels.
- Establish and uphold high-quality standards to enhance the overall quality of systems and parts within inventory.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive company Quality Manual.
