Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present and sell our custom pergola solutions.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and customization options.
- Manage the sales process from initial meeting to signed contract and install.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- A proven track record of success in high-ticket, in-home sales.
- Experience in the exterior design, construction, or outdoor renovation industries is a strong plus.
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.
- A strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Commission: Uncapped, with a structure designed to reward top performers.
