Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a proactive, consultative, and innovative approach to recruitment.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to accurately forecast talent needs and align hiring plans with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Champion continuous improvement in the candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruitment process efficiency.
- Implement inclusive hiring practices and embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into all recruitment strategies and outreach efforts.
- Evaluate and refine recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and analytics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline conversion rates to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Stay current with labor market trends, advancements in recruitment technology, and all relevant employment law compliance.
