- Conduct high-volume outreach to connect with warm leads
- Promptly respond to inbound calls
- Accurately schedule and log appointments
- Track and document appointment details and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless handoffs
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
