Responsibilities
- Receive and log incoming service calls from butcher shops and restaurants regarding high-end kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose basic issues and determine necessary parts for repairs, acting as a key resource in identifying solutions.
- Place orders for required parts, meticulously tracking inventory and ensuring timely delivery.
- Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians to customer locations, optimizing routes and maximizing efficiency.
- Create accurate invoices for services rendered and parts supplied, and ensure their prompt delivery to clients.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records and service call logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
