We are looking for an experienced Grant Administrator who has managed the full lifecycle of grants—particularly those exceeding $500K. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of compliance, reporting, and budgeting, and is confident working across teams to ensure accountability at every stage.
The first 90 days would be in the office, after 90 days would be hybrid (2 in the office, 3 days WFH)

Responsibilities
Grant Research, Application & Acquisition
- Identify and pursue public and private grant opportunities
- Compile data and documentation to support competitive proposals
- Complete and submit accurate, timely applications
- Maintain organized records of submissions, awards, and denials
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure compliance from pre- to post-award
- Manage the full grant lifecycle: application, tracking, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain grant files in line with funder requirements
- Track deadlines for renewals, reports, and budget adjustments
- Assist in preparing grant budgets with program and finance staff
- Monitor expenditures for alignment with approved budgets
- Maintain internal tracking systems and reporting tools
- Prepare and submit reports to funders accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with funder guidelines and applicable regulations
- Gather data and financials with program and finance teams
- Conduct internal reviews to ensure audit and compliance readiness
- Serve as liaison with funders, agencies, and community partners
- Support internal teams in meeting grant deliverables
- Partner with development to identify and pursue new opportunities
