Responsibilities
Lead and execute sales strategies across major U.S. and Canadian mass retailers including CVS,
Walgreens, Target, Walmart, and others.
Develop and grow sales in the Natural Class of Trade, including UNFI, KeHE, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and
similar accounts.
Build, manage, and motivate broker and distributor partnerships, particularly in the Food and Natural trade
channels.
Drive both branded and private label (PL) product placement and growth across key retail accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to support go-to-
market strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize retail strategy and performance.
Create and deliver high-impact presentations to internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in U.S. and Canadian retail sales, preferably within both large and
entrepreneurial CPG companies.
strong background in Personal Care, HBC, or OTC products.
Proven success managing key accounts and leading negotiations with major mass retailers.
Experience in the Natural channel is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage national and regional broker partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
