Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including transaction processing, payment application, ledger reconciliation, customer invoicing, and collections analysis.
- Execute full-cycle, multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy of all records, deductions, and benefit contributions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all payroll tax regulations and GAAP principles, preparing all necessary journal entries and account reconciliations for both payroll and AR functions.
- Generate and analyze key management reports for both AR (aging, delinquencies) and payroll, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll and billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
- Lead year-end reporting for payroll (W-2s, 1099s) and provide key support for all annual financial, 401(k), and workers' compensation audits.
- Partner with HR on benefits administration and payroll-related updates, and take a lead role in process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
