Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven background as a Customer Service Representative, skilled in handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with document management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate document handling and communication.
- Known for your empathy, professionalism, reliability, and accuracy, with commitment to enhancing office efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- A commitment to punctuality is a must.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Address billing questions, assist with resolving billing discrepancies, and resolve a variety of customer issues effectively, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary.
- Accurately input customer information, claims, and other data into company systems to ensure up-to-date and comprehensive records.
- Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, for document creation (word processing), managing spreadsheets, and conducting research. You'll also be skilled in maintaining filing systems and ensuring timely mail delivery through an organized tracking system.
- Efficiently handle customer requests and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Assist with data preparation for reports, contributing to efficient information flow.
