Impressive, expanding national private lending firm hiring talented, experienced account executives. As an Associate, Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind your success, taking full ownership of your sales pipeline and mastering the firm's unique approach to private lending.This is a full-time, hybrid position (Monday – Friday, typically 9 AM to 5 PM) with commuting distance to the Cranford, New Jersey office required as needed.  Top-Tier Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, providing unlimited earning opportunities.  Bonus Opportunities: Participate in a performance-based incentive program with quarterly bonus potential. Responsibilities

Experience with private lending, looking to gain experience with loans for rentals, fix and flip, and new build construction projects.National direct lender real estate investor.

-Manage pipeline, timelines, documents and CRM updates
-Master underwriting guidelines and deal structure
-Manage loan process, faciliate closing, collaborate with processing, underwriting, and account managers
-Comfortable sharing full scale of products and pricing for Bridge, DSCR, Ground Up Build, and Fix and Flip loans
