- 2-5 years of experience in a legal secretarial role, with experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Litigation, Municipal Law, Business Litigation, or Insurance Defense. More experience is also valued.
- Very solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Experience with document management systems is essential.
- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of secretarial functions for assigned legal professionals.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate client and miscellaneous files, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Arrange travel logistics and accommodations as needed.
- May interact directly with clients, requiring a high degree of discretion and professional judgment.
