Job Overview
Position: Credit Card Call Center Representative
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: North Phoenix, AZ 85027 (100% onsite – no remote work)
Upcoming Start Dates: July 28 and August 11
⭐We have a Spanish-speaking class available starting July 28.
- Candidates who join the Spanish team are eligible for a 5% pay differential upon conversion to a permanent position.
- To qualify, you will need to complete and pass the Spanish assessment.
- Day: Between 4:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 8-hour shifts within those timeframes
- Days Off are Not Consecutive

- One weekend day off (Saturday or Sunday)
- Duration: 8 weeks, paid
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Important:
- No time off permitted during training.
- Missed time during training may result in termination of assignment.
- Handle 75–100 customer calls per shift
- Answer inquiries about credit card balances, payments, and accounts
- Perform warm transfers and communicate clearly with internal teams
- Meet performance expectations (AHT, QA scores)
