We're looking for a Sales Support Rep In this role, you’ll be assisting customers and outside sales representatives with many of their day-to-day activities, including: • Handling customer inquiries, requests, troubleshoot orders, creating parts quotes • Providing support to our Inside Sales Team, Outside Sales Team, and Market Development Managers • Communicating with internal customers to fulfill customer requirements and revise orders This is a temp to hire role and fully on site.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• The Sales Support role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop relationships, and maintain the integrity of accounts
• This position is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and answering client queries to identify their needs
• In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters
• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess inquiries to achieve customer expectations
• Provide quotes and order updates in a timely manner
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep customer records, process customer accounts, and file documents
