We're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to be a pivotal partner in fostering a positive and productive work culture for our client. You'll provide comprehensive, end-to-end HR support, guiding management and employees through the entire lifecycle and driving initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and analytics.
salary: $75,000 - $82,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and attracting top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving employee matters professionally, conducting investigations, and developing initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure absolute compliance with all employment laws, administer leave programs (FMLA), and maintain meticulous HR records and policies.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and contribute to a safety culture.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends, prepare insightful reports, and monitor HR KPIs.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the HR Manager/VP on strategic initiatives and contribute to a collaborative HR team.
