Responsibilities

• Unload incoming lineset deliveries from trucks and other vehicles.
• Inspect shipments for damage and verify the accuracy of orders against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Document any discrepancies and notify vendors of issues like damages, shortages, or incorrect orders.
• Prepare linesets and other products for shipment, following order requirements and packaging guidelines.
• Package items carefully, potentially using specialized cartons designed to prevent damage during transit.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, delivery receipts, and other necessary documents.
• Schedule trucks for shipments and track their status to ensure timely delivery.
• Organizational and time management skills: Crucial for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing items and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy: Essential for verifying orders, inspecting goods, and maintaining accurate records.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Important for interacting with various stakeholders, including colleagues, vendors, and drivers.
