In this critical role, you’ll support the planning and execution of BDA/DAS installation projects—coordinating between site managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and team coordination
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain up-to-date documentation including drawings, contracts, and specifications
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Assist with vendor coordination, bid reviews, and procurement tasks
- Prepare and distribute project updates and reports
- Support client relationships through regular updates and responsive service
- Experience in the construction industry or a related field (a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and Excel skills
- Familiarity with construction processes, permitting, and regulations (a plus)
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and collaboration with Site Managers.
- Monitor and update project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare and distribute status reports to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between BDA team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Organize meetings, document discussions and action items.
- Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, reviewing bids, and coordinating with vendors.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through regular updates and responsiveness to inquiries.
- Address client concerns internally to ensure overall satisfaction with project progress.
- Experience in Construction Industry, or related field a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven experience in a coordination role within the construction industry a plus.
- Knowledge of construction processes, permitting and regulations a plus
- Typing 40 WPM min, Excel, and Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
