Responsibilities

Project Details:
The position is in the Operation's Accounts Payable Dept. The individual will be asked to support the business regarding the vendor payments for one of our system of records. The actual payments are handled by our Corporate AP Team. However, the payments are either expensed or charged back to our clients which requires reconciliations be performed and clearing entries made against various expense, suspense, and good faith deposit accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all AP vendor payments have been applied internally accordingly
• Perform reconciliations to ensure that accrual accounts or AP related items are cleared as per accounting policy
• Support the operations team with any misc. charges from clients
• Perform data entry and non-complicated reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Experience with Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting
• Experience handling vendor payments
• Experience Data entry and reconciliations
• Ability/ willingness to quickly master internal proprietary systems
• Basic skills in MS applications (outlook, excel, word)
