This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a work schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. There's also the potential for a hybrid work schedule, offering flexibility!

Responsibilities

• Manage the order lifecycle by processing and overseeing customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery, primarily through electronic channels.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional support, proactively addressing inquiries, and resolving any order-related issues with a deep understanding of our processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, offering support and sharing knowledge with your Customer Operations colleagues.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining precise customer account information within CRM system.
• Handle financial reconciliation with precision, including managing invoicing, verifying contract pricing, and ensuring accurate credit limits and licensure.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by promoting compliance and identifying opportunities to enhance our operational processes.
