Responsibilities
-Oversee talent acquisition function of organization – reporting into HR and providing consultation and oversight of the entire talent hiring process.
-Partner with hiring managers making recommendations on hiring decisions and strategies
-Manage the entire hiring process for all types of employees, from interns to full-time staff. This includes finding candidates, interviewing, making offers, and getting them onboarded quickly.
-Guide and support a team of corporate recruiters
-Develop programs to identify and prepare future leaders within the company, making sure there's always a pool of skilled people ready for new opportunities.
-Manage employee performance, overseeing the system for evaluating employee performance, ensuring clear job expectations and regular feedback.
-Work to ensure fair opportunities for everyone and support the company's goals for diversity.
-Strategize with leaders, partnering with hiring managers and other departments to create effective hiring plans and improve HR policies.
-Manage processes for international employees, including visa sponsorships.
-Collect and analyze HR data to understand talent trends and create action plans.
-Present information to staff and guide other members of the HR team.
