Command Center Technician
- Location: Norwood, MA
- Compensation: Up to $51.00 per hour
- Employment Type: 6-month contract

- Key Differentiator: This is NOT a hands-on role; your primary focus will be sedentary, centered on monitoring building management systems (BMS) and acting as a central communication hub.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate critical utilities and systems using Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Respond to and dispatch alarm conditions via BMS, Central Monitoring Systems (CMS), and other energy/utilities monitoring platforms.
- Serve as the central communication hub, managing incoming calls and dispatching issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure continuous command center coverage, coordinate shift turnovers, and create detailed passdown reports.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Manage pH neutralization system logs, monitor process gases, and handle gas cylinder changeouts and ordering.
- Investigate and operate utility equipment when faulted or alarming.
- Conduct regular building rounds to ensure system integrity and operational efficiency.
