In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial sourcing to the candidate's start date. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, manage interview scheduling, assist with the offer process, and handle background checks. You won't be responsible for onboarding once the new hires begin.
You'll be joining one other team member in the department and will receive comprehensive support, including a 4-hour on-site orientation and three days of virtual training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions, typically 40-50 at a time, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone with a proven ability to multitask, build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, and leverage LinkedIn effectively for sourcing. Experience in developing community contacts with trade schools, universities, and military organizations is a significant plus.
Compensation: This position pays $40 per hour.

Responsibilities
End-to-end recruiting so will support the process the entire way, sourcing, scheduling interviews with the managers, assisting in the offer process, running background, etc., all the way through to the start date (they are not responsible for onboarding the individuals when they start). There is one other person onsite for the department. They will do a 4 hour orientation and be provided 3 days of virtual training. Had a contractor in the position previously (no longer there) she was in the position for 6 months and did really well but had a family issue arise and couldn't continue. Will handle anywhere from 40-50 reqs at one time, majority of positions are entry level roles, assemblers, quality assurance, etc. as well as some engineering and automation tech roles. Must be organized, able to multitask and be able to build relationships with the various on-site managers and candidates. Need someone with experience using LinkedIn and developing community contacts - trade schools, universities, military, etc.
