You'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our invoicing for a diverse portfolio of government contracts, including CPFF, T&M, and FFP, and managing submissions through various government portals (WAWF, IPP, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Extract and prepare monthly invoices for government clients.
- Monitor and track costs applied to contracts.
- Work directly with program and cost center managers to ensure employee’s hours are accounted for and correctly filed.
- Obtain manager approval of invoices before submittal to the customer.
- Support the A/R manager as necessary.
