- Operate and monitor high-tech fill/finish and aseptic processing equipment
- Maintain strict compliance with cGMP regulations and EHS guidelines
- Accurately document all production activities — no detail is too small
- Perform line clearances, equipment setup, and cleanroom protocols
- Work collaboratively to identify and solve production issues
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: Prior cGMP or aseptic manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to work with automated production systems

Responsibilities
- Execute critical fill-finish operations with unwavering attention to aseptic techniques in our state-of-the-art cleanroom.
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment for filling, capping, and lyophilization.
- Ensure every step adheres to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements – because lives depend on it.
- Accurately complete batch records and all production documentation.
- Troubleshoot equipment or process deviations, and know when to escalate complex issues.
- Keep our cleanroom and equipment sparkling and sterile.
- Manage materials with precision, from preparation to reconciliation.
- Contribute to enhancing efficiency and compliance by reviewing and revising procedures.
- Be a role model for safety, ensuring a secure work environment for everyone.
- Help us find root causes for deviations and implement effective solutions.
