• Operate and monitor high-tech fill/finish and aseptic processing equipment
  
  
• Maintain strict compliance with cGMP regulations and EHS guidelines
  
  
• Accurately document all production activities — no detail is too small
  
  
• Perform line clearances, equipment setup, and cleanroom protocols
  
  
• Work collaboratively to identify and solve production issues
  
  

✔️ What You’ll Bring:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  
  
• Experience: Prior cGMP or aseptic manufacturing experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute critical fill-finish operations with unwavering attention to aseptic techniques in our state-of-the-art cleanroom.
  
  
•  Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment for filling, capping, and lyophilization.
  
  
•  Ensure every step adheres to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements – because lives depend on it.
  
  
•  Accurately complete batch records and all production documentation.
  
  
• Troubleshoot equipment or process deviations, and know when to escalate complex issues.
  
  
•  Keep our cleanroom and equipment sparkling and sterile.
  
  
• Manage materials with precision, from preparation to reconciliation.
  
  
•  Contribute to enhancing efficiency and compliance by reviewing and revising procedures.
  
  
•  Be a role model for safety, ensuring a secure work environment for everyone.
  
  
• Help us find root causes for deviations and implement effective solutions.
