Responsibilities

Scheduling and Coordination : Create and manage cleaning schedules for staff, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery. Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, complaints,and feedback via phone,email,or in-person,ensuring high customer satisifaction. Financial Management : Process invoices, track paymnets, manage payroll, and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software(QuickBooks) Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies,ensuring adequate stock while controlling costs. Staff Support : Assist with hiring,onboarding, and training new cleaning staff; coordinate staff meetings and performance reviews. Office Administration : Maintain organized records, manage office correspondence, and ensure compliance with local regualtions and business policies.Marketing Support: Assist with basic marketing tasks,such as updating social media, repsonding to online reviews, and coordinating promotional campaigns. Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business performance, including revenue, expenses, and client feedback.
