We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Representative to support mailroom operations at a leading university facility. In this role, you’ll handle mail sorting, locker delivery, and client support while contributing to a smooth, organized, and efficient office services environment. This is a hands-on, client-facing role offering valuable experience in a professional setting.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  
  
• Insert parcels into lockers and deliver/stage items as needed
  
  
• Assist clients with metering, pickup, and general mailroom questions
  
  
• Investigate and route unidentified or generic mail
  
  
• Provide responsive customer service via email, phone, and in person
  
  
• Participate in cross-training to support other areas as needed
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of requests and mail activity
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• Less than one year of related experience (entry-level welcome)
  
  
• Basic computer skills
  
  
• strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, reaching)
  
  
• Willingness to obtain any required security clearances
