You'll work closely with our financial team including virtual collaboration with our German colleagues.  Medical/Dental/Vision and PTO starts Day 1 of Employment.   This is an onsite Role and talent must reside and be able to drive to work, although hours are nogotiable.

Financial Analyst



We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a crucial, newly created role that will provide essential support and act as a backup for our financial operations. You'll work closely with our financial analyst team, the Controller, and our CFO, including virtual collaboration with our German colleagues.



What You'll Do:

• Analyze financial results and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
  
  
• Investigate discrepancies when results don't meet budget, determining the root causes and providing actionable insights.
  
  
• Manage all aspects of inventory analysis, ensuring accuracy and optimizing inventory levels.
  
  
• Develop financial forecasts and models to support strategic decision-making.
  
  
• Extract and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel, leveraging advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  
  
• Utilize our ERP system for data extraction and analysis 
  
  
• Assist with month-end close activities and new system start-up processes, acting as a reliable backup.
  
  
• Perform purchasing duties, which may transition to another team member over time as the role evolves.
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with our German colleagues, ensuring seamless financial reporting and analysis across regions.
