Candidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required; 1+ overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required - BA required in any field. • Disqualifiers □ Not able to work 100% onsite □ Not having legal experiences • Best vs. Average: → High GPA → Deep attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills → strong written and verbal communication skills → Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and manage work accordingly → Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote → Ability to navigate complex and sometimes ambiguous situations → May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs → 100% availability to work onsite • Performance Indicators - Meeting deadlines, some work will be routine daily/weekly/monthly work, so measuring that consistent productivity, sponsors will check in with teammates that they work with to see how they’re doing.
