What You Bring to the Table

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multi-family construction projects—from initial design coordination through final billing and collection. You’ll be the main point of contact post-sale, working closely with internal teams across sales, design, production, and accounting, as well as directly interfacing with customers to ensure seamless project execution and strong client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers post-sale, managing communication and coordination on a per-project basis.
- Maintain project timelines across design, production, and shipping stages.
- Send project introductions, shipping updates, and proactive communication to customers.
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and tracking of receivables.
- Maintain and update project tracking documents, including Sales to Ship (STS) spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to keep shipping, design, and estimating milestones on schedule.
- Help prepare customer quotes in collaboration with sales.
- Submit and manage production orders with attention to delivery timelines.
- Enter invoices and job-related data into accounting software.
- Support documentation requirements including change orders, insurance verification, lien releases, and notices.
- Issue and track vendor purchase orders.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as depositing checks and file maintenance.
