Responsibilities

• Handle new claim inquiries: Qualify and set up new claim records from incoming calls, emails, and faxes, ensuring accurate data entry.
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for contract holders, lenders, and dealers, delivering industry-leading service via phone and email.
  
  
• Manage claim documentation: Efficiently process and attach all relevant documents to claim records.
  
  
• Process claim-related correspondence: Produce, record, and send out claim letters and emails in a timely and compliant manner.
  
  
• Maintain call queue efficiency: Answer questions, document interactions, and manage follow-up communications.
  
  
• Contribute to team success: Participate in meetings, meet performance goals, and support ongoing professional development.
