Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations for commercial property buildings and hotels, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash functions. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation, including internal and external monthly financial statements, and annual audits. Ensure compliance with GAAP, USALI, and applicable laws and regulations. Key duties may involve preparing and entering journal entries, assisting with year-end close processes, preparing financial statements for management, and preparing Sales and Use Tax filings. Additional responsibilities can include processing Accounts Payable, preparing schedules for auditors, and overseeing cash management, including deposits and bank reconciliations. This person will also handle administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Controller.
